The hotel has a good location. It is close to Al Ghurair Mall, and this is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby at a walkable distance. Breakfast offers many dishes and a nice terrace to enjoy a coffee.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping service for the two-bedroom serviced apartments. I had to constantly call in the middle of the night to ask for water. The dishwashing machine was FILTHY with mould and bad odour.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the shopping mall and many restaurants. I found several places to buy food I liked. The metro station is also nearby. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel (which I used a lot). Our room had everything our family needed. We could cook easily.

The housekeeping could use a little improvement. They only seemed to do the beds and the toilets during the daily service.

The staff was generally helpful and respectful (especially Mr Jahurul!). Check-in was fast and efficient. I was able to request a quiet room, and that request was honored. This contributed to a good overall experience.

Breakfast was offered with many choices. The food quality was quite amazing. I appreciate that the restaurant manager, Kaled, was very attentive. I enjoyed having breakfast at the Liwan all day dining restaurant.

The living space was very comfortable. The room felt great, offering plenty of space for everyone. Our room had a beautiful view. I was happy with how clean the room was upon arrival.

The hotel has a very convenient location near a shopping center and a metro station. I found it easy to access restaurants and shops since a carrefour supermarket is attached to the mall next to the hotel. My room was upgraded to a corner suite (i was so happy!), and it felt spacious. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice.

The bed mattress was too soft for my liking. This made sleeping uncomfortable.
